How to lose weight effortless (with a little effort) and automatically (momentum effect)



First when I found this article, I was surprised. As a person who believe in paying the price to get what we want, I was a bit skeptical about the tip of how to lose weight effortless, sounds like it is too good to be true, it against the nature law of "no free lunch" in this life.
But I have to admit, the principle of how to lose weight effortless is not too different from basic things that we discuss in this blog.
Snow ball effect
Actually the principle behind this tip of how to lose weight effortless is snow ball effect. No wonder it becomes effortless and automatic, because you need to start the momentum first, then maintaining the movement of your momentum with a very little effort.
Harvard university research
In the New England Medical Journal, University of Harvard found something great thing related to weight loss. They discovered a fact of the ability in losing weight in different perspective called “inevitable and automatic”. The idea of this fact is to join a community with a same goal, weight loss program, like forum or something, and discuss it regularly to each member.
When you get involved with them regularly, you just give a sign to your subconscious mind to get involved too emotionally. It is going to be so complicated process, but if you stay there in a period of time (of course with your own weight loss program), you have just moved the momentum, and when your momentum is running, that is the moment your subconscious mind instructs your body to lose weight effortless and automatically (but you still keep in touch with that community as minimal effort). It seemingly happens by itself
This is the interesting one
This is only my idea, if your subconscious mind is taking the responsibility of your metabolism process in your body, so all you need is to do is just to survive at the beginning of your journey by doing simple basic things then when you feel the momentum, you win. Good luck!
